Getting started with Work Hub

Start with a project and a note. Add structure as the work takes shape.

Create your first project

Create an account, then choose New project from your workspace overview. Give the project a clear name and a short description of what you want to achieve. Open it to see its overview and project sections.

Capture a note

Use Quick note on the workspace overview for a personal thought, then find it in My notes in the sidebar. For project context, open the project’s Notes section and choose Write a note. Save your changes before closing the tab. The note editor keeps an unsaved draft in the same browser tab so you can return to it.

Choose who can see it

Each note displays its visibility. Only you is for personal writing; Shared with project makes a note available within its project. Review the visibility setting before saving, especially when moving between personal and team work. Project access is managed through the project and people settings.

Build the project’s knowledge

Keep a durable brief in Documents, organize reusable knowledge in the Wiki, and connect ideas in a Mind map. Mind-map references can point to project tasks, notes, documents and other maps. The project overview brings recent work and knowledge back into view.

Connect execution and source control

Settings & access includes integration settings. Connected Focused Work projects show their execution context in Work Hub. GitHub integration can connect repositories with project knowledge. The available actions depend on your project role and the integration’s configuration.

Trouble getting into your account?

If you use an email and password, request a password reset. Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive. Reset links expire after one hour. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google on the sign-in page.

If a project is unavailable, check that you’re using the right account and ask its owner to review your access. If a page cannot load, use Try again; an error does not mean your project content has been deleted.
